That's sentence-initial capitalisation - it seems to be following the
standard rules for a common noun.  I'd vote to change that in future,
but right now I'd recommend using "jessie".

We might alternatively choose to regard releasenames as verbatim
lowercase strings (the string that goes in /etc/apt/sources.list), but
then I'd expect them to be formatted in a nonproportional font.
