Sorry, it was a mistake. The CVS repository is the correct one. AFAICT you 
already know where that is as you have submitted translation updates for 
Japanese before.

It is possible, but not very easy to get commit access to the repository. 
I think that for this deadline you will have to continue sending in your 
translations by mail.
Please send them to one of the mailing lists so that multiple people are 
able to do the commit.
