The language is Polish; if you go directly to the URL, it will by default return an English language version of the install text (as it will with dselect-beginner also); if however you do a wget on the same URL, *all* the the info you get back is in the form <XXXXXX>.pl.html -- (i.e. is in Polish). There are NO <xxxxx>.en.html pages at this address that I can see.
