Having recently found out that emacs 20.4 was available, combined with a bit of time while waiting for the hurricane to pass through, I decided to cook up some emacs 20.4 packages.
Those interested in getting them can download them from http://master.debian.org/~mdorman/ I have made no attempt to do anything but upgrade to 20.4, fixing any breakage that happens because of the new version. Mike.
