I haven't used RTTI, but in my experience templates work without problems and exceptions work most of the time (the problems I have may well be my bugs, not egcs'). Namespaces need work: for example, there is no clear separation between global namespace and the std namespace. EGCS has contributed much to the progress. A year ago I didn't feel like C++ was ready for my use on the GNU platform. -- %%% Antti-Juhani Kaijanaho % [EMAIL PROTECTED] % http://www.iki.fi/gaia/ %%% Good Times are back again! http://www.iki.fi/gaia/zangelding/
