Why doesn't jdk1.1 provide java-virtual-machine? That's an officially listed virtual package and would have avoided this problem, and would also solve two bug reports filed against guavac. guavac doesn't build except on libg++272. I don't know enough STL to fix it, nor do I really want to. It seems to be unmaintained upstream and buggy.
