I recently uploaded linbot to master.debian.org which then was installed on non-us.debian.org under /pub/debian/dists/slink/main/binary-all. However, there is no Packages file under this directory and the Packages file for /pub/debian/dists/slink/main/binary-i386 doesn't include linbot.
