Aba's url is a very good pointer. Read it carefully. There is also http://debian-amd64.alioth.debian.org/tools/sourcerer.conf http://debian-amd64.alioth.debian.org/tools/sourcerer-chroot that I use to setup buildd chroots for amd64.
