This enables us to replace long license text with a summary in debian/copyright

Hi, thanks for updating cme!

One minor detail that may be of interest for d-devel@: OFL-1.1 (SIL Open Font License) is now in base-files in `/usr/share/common-licenses/OFL-1.1`. However, in SPDX terms, OFL-1.1 does not refer to a license, but to a class of two licenses, one more libre than the other.

The file shipped by base-files is a template file for both licenses.

Inside `d/copyright` files, the `License:` field must state if the font uses a Reserved Font Name and which one(s).
