Hi With base-files 14.1 some licenses were added to /usr/share/common-licenses.
This enables us to replace long license text with a summary in debian/copyright files. cme helps Debian developers to set up these license summaries [1]. Cme uses the summaries from Perl module Software::LicenseMoreUtils [2]. For #1139331 [3], I've added summaries for the licenses added to base-files 14.1. Since legal text is often a subject of lengthy discussion, I'd rather have that discussion before uploading a new version to CPAN.
