I have taken over xpdf and should have xpdf-i (with support for encrypted PDF files) upload to non-US soon. Thanks to Dirk for his help.
I also want to package gEDA, which is some electronics design software, GNU EDA. So far they have a schematic editor running. It uses on gtk+.
