For other readers: As mentioned in my Bits from the DPL, delegations are made to Debian Developers. I appreciate all expressions of interest, but responses from non-DDs cannot result in a delegation at this stage. Once a delegated team is in place, it will be up to that team to decide if and how non-DDs can be involved. I would be very happy to see the work spread sensibly across many shoulders.
