Hi, I think you found a good point that can be improved in Debian. How long does it take to get a feedback from Debian esp. if this is the beginning of your contributions. I would be good if a package maintainer would comment an a MR or a bug report, even if the MR is not applied directly or the bug report cannot be solved in a short time. It's a good sign for our users and contributors when we care about their input/feedback.
I saw too many bug reports, that didn't had any reaction from the package maintainer for years. This should be avoided. -- best regards Thomas
