It's quite obviously with restrictions, but you have been to eager with cutting: Permission is granted to anyone to use this software for any purpose on any computer system, and to redistribute it freely, subject to the following restrictions: ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ However, it is not as obvious as you want to make us believe. Things that are not explicitely allowed are forbidden. Things that are not spelled out, are not there at all. There is only little room for interpretation of legal texts.
