Please test pam from experimental. Upstream made some significant changes including completely rewriting the build system from autotools to meson.
I've also made some significant changes around pam_limits and when we override limits set by systemd (now, we normally do not). I'd love testing of the pam_limits changes I know I made, and any changes that I'm unaware have been made. I would really appreciate testing. Also, if you find pam exciting and would be interested in helping me work on it, please reach out. I may file an official rfh bug in the near future. Pam is important enough it needs more than one maintainer. Ideally I'd like to find someone who has a similar philosophy. Even if you aren't interested in stepping up to the plate to be a maintainer, help with bug triage would be greatly appreciated. Do the older bugs still apply/make sense?
