This has to do with the Qt 6/KDE 6 transition.  It has been discussed 
extensively on the mailing list.  For example, you can follow this thread 
back:

Basically, apt is unlikely to get everything correct.  You can try:

apt full-upgrade (or atp dist-upgrade)
aptitude
