I have fixed yet some more little mistakes, and enhanced the install doc some more. This time, I mostly had to include the suggestions from other people. Thanks to Ben Gertzfield, Bob Hilliard and Jim Van Zandt (and I know I am forgetting someone) for their contributions. I think this is very close to final. Please take a look at it, and see if there are still some things missing.
