Ah, I was thinking something similar (re httpd) when reading the original rename proposal, but forgot about the contention on the "apache" name itself. :) While I think a rename would be nice, to avoid confusion that would also imply renaming at least also pathnames (/etc/apache2/, /usr/lib/apache2/, /usr/share/apache2/, /usr/lib/include/apache2/), and package names (libapache2-mod-*, *-apache2), which seems like some work. So better have a good name before embarking on this kind of change (which I'd applaud TBH). Thanks, Guillem
