Please, let's focus on the topic of this conversation: Are conversations like this (modulo insults¹) not considered a part of "true open collaboration", or are they reasonably and sensibly possible to conduct through Gitlab notification/issue/code comment/MR comment channels, instead of this "dinosaur¹ channel" /whatever - i.e. the communication channels part of the "true open collaboration" on topic here, instead of the "dinosaur open collaboration" practiced through this very mailinglist. - Jonas ¹ If I understand you correctly, Luca, you do not consider the term "dinosaur" an insult. I do find it insulting, but perhaps I simply misunderstand and I should not translate it to "obsolete", but I don't have the energy to even have a conversation about that so just dump my refelctions in this footnote less inviting for further conversation.
