Per-bug mailing lists should now be working again. Unfortunately, due to the way buglists are implemented, messages sent during the breakage period were discarded. Sorry about that.

Background: Per-bug mailing lists have been broken for the past month or so due to the fact that they were still using software which only supported python 2 and we no longer distribute python 2.
