I did a local debomatic server, did and tested the changes to fix bullseye/stable build and add bullseye-backports and prepared a PR to make faster update them: https://github.com/debomatic/instances/pull/10

Luca Falavigna merged the commit and updated the debomatic-*.debian.net servers (big thanks to him), now also bullseye and bullseye-backports are working (info for other people that use them)
