FYI, that's an overlay for "upstream" Arch, for Arch users who want to try out Mesa and kernel patches that are not yet mainline - analogous to the various PPAs provided by https://launchpad.net/~kisak. The name is analogous to AUR, the repository for unofficial addon packages for Arch. When SteamOS 3 becomes available to the public, I would expect it to be more likely to appear in some other directory on repo.steampowered.com. smcv
