Project Jupyter created JupyterHub to support many users. The Hub can offer notebook servers to a class of students, a corporate data science workgroup, a scientific research project, or a high performance computing group. I plan to maintain this package (and its Python dependencies) in the Debian Python Team. There are also a few Node.js dependencies, which I'll maintain under the Debian JavaScript Team umbrella. I don't need a sponsor, but reviewers will be most welcome.
