It was included in Debian before as part of the "arora" package. I'm trying to continue the development of arora, and I've packaged this as a separate package because I thought people might find this useful without installing a web browser with it. This is dependeny for the "endorphin" package that I also intend to package, but not before the release of bullseye as Endorphin itself is not ready for a release yet.
