This reminds me of the proposal for installable source packages that one could (Build-)Depend on. Seems like that proposal would also solve the issue with Go and Rust, as well as end the need for the -source binary package workaround used by GCC and other packages. -- bye, pabs https://wiki.debian.org/PaulWise
