Well, systemd does depend on libsystemd0 . libelogind0 provides/replaces lybsystemd0 and conflicts with systemd. So, it is not currently possible to get systemd-tmpfiles and elogind installed on the same system. Which clearly needs to get fixed somehow if we're going to use systemd-tmpfiles everywhere we can.
