The backport is now available but apparently ftp-master.debian.org is still running the stable version of lintian... and thus doesn't get the updates from stretch-backports. Ftpmasters, can you ask DSA to install lintian from stretch-backports, please? That would let us experiment with using @packages.debian.org email in maintainer fields.
