os-homedir is a dependency for expand-tilde and osenv. expand-tilde
already removed its dependency on os-homedir.

I have asked author of resolve-dir to use the expand-tilde which does
not depend on older os-homedir [1]. But we should be fine to use
expand-tilde 2.0 directly, I think.

I have also asked osenv author to remove the dependency [2]

If they are not doing it, I'll patch these and we can remove
node-os-homedir.
