This suite of tools allows computational neuroscientists to graphically create systems-level models of biological neural networks and then execute them on their own computers or on high performance computer systems. The SpineML toolchain has been developed at Sheffield University and is in use there by several groups involved in neuroscience and robotics research. This code takes a SpineML neural network model, which may have been created in the SpineCreator GUI, and "preflights" it ready for the simulator, which may be SpineML_2_BRAHMS. This is a dependency for SpineML_2_BRAHMS. I do require a sponsor for this package.
