IceCat enables DoNotTrack by default, but (as far as I understand) both upstream Firefox and Debian Iceweasel does not want to make that change.
This is slightly off-topic, but you should know that NoScript enables DNT behind your back, and AFAICS there's no GUI to turn off this nonsense.
