Right. The devices are a HBCI card reader and USB receivers for
wireless gamepads. But as I noticed just now: They only cause the
computer to wake up if they are connected to an additional USB card
(which is conect to the mainboard via an internal USB connector).

It happens every time these devices are connected to the ports
mentioned above.

I didn't see anything suspicious. Just the messages about the computer
going down, followed by the messages about the computer waking up
again.
