Were you asking me or Lennart? Personally I prefer the "new" GNOME, but with all 3 buttons enabled + the workspace grid extension. The only thing I don't like is that a feature I used a lot was removed from Nautilus, but the flexibility of GNOME Shell doesn't really help there...
