This one is already in Debian. However, I got really confused because: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/python-memcached and https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pymemcache So it wasn't clear. Now it is. python-memcache is in fact the Debian module for python-memcached, as I always thought to begin with. Sorry for the noise.
