Isn't it:

0.0~svn1234-1 ? It is part of the upstream version, not of your
packaging.

Answering myself: here's a simpler trick:

Subversion revisions:

0~svn<revision>

Switching to git:

0.0~git<date>

Ugly, but not as ugly as switching an epoch, and you don't have to pay
the price in advance as with '~~' or using dates for everything.

And will be properly fixed when they finally issue a version.
