Neither does the virus discussed in this thread (Win32.Worm.Mytob.EF) included in libmail-deliverystatus-bounceparser-perl. What's more, I guess (actually, I hope) the package probably does not include the source code of this virus which means that it should be removed from the package or it should go to non-free.
