this(!), and you also don't have to repeat detailed copyright ownership
information in debian/copyright - it's fine if that information is scattered
along these files itself, as long as these files are under the same licence
and debian/copyright states this licence and the copyright owners as a whole,
(even) optionally refering to the individual files.
debian/copyright is just a useful summary.
listing each and every copyright owner for thousands of files in
debian/copyright (and updating them, on every release) serves no useful
purpose whatsoever.
