Hi Ian,

CSON is not used in the Debian build: the relevant source files can be
replaced by empty files and the fossil package will build fine.  (They
cannot just be removed because make expects them.)

I thought this CSON issue was being ignored for wheezy, otherwise I
would have gone through the appropriate machinations to implement the
above.
