The two bug reporters, the apache maintainer and me are all saying that this
bug should be fixed in apache or PHP, not in mime-support.

It does not matter which other unregistered types are currently distributed in
/etc/mime.types.  If you want all the Debian systems to have this media type by
default, it is better to justify it by the needs of more than one package. 

If it is easy to fix #670945 by changing the configuration file of PHP, and if
no other package needs the media type, then I think that it is better to not
associate it in mime-support.

Also, let's cool down and take a few days of break.  You twisted my arm by
giving me only one day to answer to your proposition of NMU, I reverted your
changes 24h later, I am sure we can be more productive on a slower pace.
