kcc turns out to be an internal implementation detail of Heimdal (users
don't run the program directly, only through symlinks) and upstream is
fine with renaming it, so we may as well go that route.  If people
separately want to question whether kcc should be in the archive, I'm fine
with that, of course.  :)
