Well, I'm not a developer (yet), but am in the process of switching
various servers from Redhat to Debian, and wanted to get a feel for
how active the developer community is. Let's just say that it's not an
'if', but a 'when' (i.e. after I finish dealing with a major upgrade
on an SGI)

Probably this coming semester I'll figure out dpkg (can't be any worse
than rpm) and look for an orphaned package or two to take over.
