Possibly all fixed with util-linux v2.19 with libmount enabled which adds a utab for user options. Certainly fixes bind mounts, unsure about NFS. utab currently gets stored in /dev/.mount/utab, so an obvious candidate for /run once that's here. Has anyone tried out the new util-linux yet?
