Wasn't that caused by glibc? If so, their's could leak. I didn't notice a patch in their .src.rpm for this particular bug. I did notice something else interesting though. It seems they use the kernel headers from a specific version (2.1.60 in their case) when building glibc just like we do. However, they still don't require, or even encourage, their users to use the same kernel headers.
