However, I think the following are misnamed: annotate-output chdist chdist cowpoke dch dcmd dcontrol dget diff2patches perhaps getbuildlog grep-excuses licensecheck list-unreleased manpage-alert mass-bug mergechanges namecheck rc-alert svnpath perhaps tagpending transition-check uscan uupdate who-uploads whodepends I think these could plausibly be provided by some other program which is unrelated to Debian packaging.
