you could improve this and have it call sensible-browser mailto:u...@example.com?subject=bug\ Subject\&body=bug\ report\ body. This would automagically put the appropriate information directly into the users default email client. (It would be easier still if sensible-utils included a "mail user agent" as well, then we could just call that.)
