munin-plugins-extra already includes many out of tree plugins, if you want
more included, please a.) submit the plugins to munin-exchange and b.) file
bugs against the package in our BTS or tickets in upstreams trac.
Currently munin 1.4 is being prepared and quite some plugins have been added
to munin trunk, which were previously only available at munin-exchange or in
debian/patches/.
