But let me add to my previous proposals, that the policy should be changed in such a way that: - A package might only download install/execute remote data or code, if license forbids direct distribution or if the data/code is so volatile,.. that makes completely no sense to package it (regularly). The later exception should nearly never apply to code, but only to data (virus-signatures, spamassasin rules, and that like).
