Before concluding that ConsoleKit obsoletes these groups, please compare
with <https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sane-backends/+bug/229343>.
ConsoleKit only provides ACLs for logged-in users, which doesn't cover the
use case of a daemon needing access to the device.
