Hi Romain, the proposal is here: http://wiki.debian.org/CopyrightReview. To be honest, it did not have success at all. However, taking "advantage" of the time pakcages spend in the NEW queue, I recently modified the proposal as follows: After uploading a new package, look at two packages that are above yours in the queue, review them and send your conclusions to their ITP bug. There are two advantages: - By spotting errors of others, one may shorten the time his own package stay in the queue. - If the persons who got a review play the game, it is a chain reaction that should propagate to the whole queue :) Nowardays, it is very easy to set up a mentors.debian.net account. I have decided to systematically upload my new packages there in addition to ftp-master, to make them available to the world. Unfortunately, it is not possible to access NEW packages from ftp-master since if the packages contain some undeclared cryptography, it would be an illegal export for which Debian may be liable (http://www.debian.org/legal/cryptoinmain).
