For now, it looks like you can at least browse DocBook sources for it on svn.debian.org: http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/ddp/manuals/branches/release-notes/lenny/en/ I have no idea how complete it is yet (nor how complete the 21 other translations there are, if you weren't seeking an English-language copy).
