For doc-linux, I couldn't find any difference (but it's just a 4 bytes difference). For libgod, see http://people.debian.org/~lucas/logs/2008/01/22/bdfh/libgpod.debcmp (it's the output from a "better" debdiff that also diffs files that can be diffed inside binaries).
